1. Who we are

This website and service are operated by The Wealth Portal Ltd, registered at Amelia House, Crescent Road, Worthing, England, BN11 1RL. References to "The Wealth Portal," "we," "our," or "us" mean The Wealth Portal Ltd.

These Terms apply worldwide to all users, wherever you are located. All activities and disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. What these terms cover

These terms govern your access to and use of our website, courses, memberships, communities, and any digital content or services we provide. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
You are responsible for your account and password. Do not share your login.
Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Prices, plans, and VAT

All prices shown on our website include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable.

We may adjust prices in the future, but changes only take effect on renewal after prior notice.

5. Plans, free trials, and renewals

We offer annual subscriptions. Prices and durations are displayed clearly before checkout.
Free trials (if offered) allow you to test the service without payment during the stated period. At the end of a trial, your plan will automatically renew at the listed price unless you cancel before the trial ends. You’ll receive a reminder before any first charge.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. For annual plans, renewal reminders will be sent in advance.
You can cancel at any time in your account settings or by emailing support@thewealthportal.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refunds and cooling-off

UK consumers have a 7-day cooling-off period from purchase for digital services. If you choose to start using the service immediately, you agree that you lose the right to cancel once access begins.
Annual plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
Monthly plans (if offered) are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

7. Lifetime access

When a product or service is described as "lifetime access", it refers to thelifetime of that product or platform, not your lifetime.

This means you will continue to have access to the purchased content as long as that program remains active on our platform.

Support, mentorship, community access, or software tools linked to the program are provided for 12 months unless stated otherwise.

If the product or platform is discontinued, access will end, and no further support is guaranteed.

8. Payment, failed charges, and chargebacks

You authorise recurring payments using your selected payment method until you cancel.
If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the payment is resolved.
If you issue a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend or terminate your account. Access can be reinstated once the issue is resolved and any outstanding amounts are paid.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

Copy, record, redistribute, or resell our course content or materials.
Share your login or allow simultaneous use by others.
Scrape or use our content to train AI models.
Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
Interfere with the site, network, or security features.
Harvest user data or send spam.
Post promotional or commercial content without written approval.

We may monitor, remove content, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

10. Content and intellectual property

Our content

All videos, text, images, graphics, and downloadable materials on the site are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use them while your subscription is active. No commercial use.

Your content

If you post or upload content to our communities, you grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, transferable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content for operating, improving, and promoting the service. You confirm you have the right to share it and waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by law.

Commissioned content

If you create materials for us under a paid arrangement, you assign all intellectual property rights to The Wealth Portal with full title guarantee and waive moral rights as far as legally possible.

11. Community participation

Participation in Discord or other community platforms is optional. By taking part, you agree to:

Be respectful and add value to discussions.
Follow community guidelines.
Avoid spamming, harassment, or self-promotion.

We may moderate or remove posts and suspend or ban users who violate these rules.

We rarely do, but we reserve the right to remove anyone whose conduct harms the community.

12. Promotions, competitions & giveaways

We may run promotions, prize draws, or competitions (“Giveaways”) for users. By entering, you agree to the following:

Entrants must be at least 18 years old (or 16 with parental consent).
Giveaways are void where prohibited by law.
Winners may be selected at random or by performance-based criteria, depending on the competition.
Prizes may include cash, digital products, travel experiences, or merchandise.
Winners will be notified by email or within the platform. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, a replacement winner may be chosen.
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative unless we decide otherwise.
For travel prizes, we will cover only the costs expressly stated. The winner is responsible for passports, visas, insurance, and personal expenses.
Winners are responsible for any taxes or duties arising from receiving a prize.
By accepting a prize, you grant us permission to use your name, image, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Abuse, manipulation, or violation of the competition rules may result in disqualification and account termination.

Competitions and giveaways are bonus features, not part of paid membership benefits. Winning or losing a prize does not affect refund rights or subscriptions.

13. Digital content quality and uptime

We supply our digital content with reasonable care and skill, ensuring it is as described and fit for purpose.

Occasional maintenance or downtime may occur. We aim to restore access quickly.

Your statutory remedies for faulty digital content under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.

14. Promotional Codes

Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers (“Promo Codes”) may be offered from time to time at our sole discretion. Promo Codes:

Are not stackable and cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated.
Have no cash value and are non-transferable.
May be added, modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice.
May be revoked if we reasonably believe they are being misused, shared publicly, or applied fraudulently.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the use of any Promo Code at our sole discretion.

15. Right to Modify or Discontinue the Service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including courses, features, community access, events, or bonuses, with or without notice.

We may also restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to any part of the Service at our sole discretion.

These changes do not entitle you to any refund, compensation, or claim. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that membership features and benefits may change over time.

16. Third-party services and links

We use third-party tools and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or actions.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

17. Disclaimers and no advice

Our content is educational. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

All results vary and depend on individual effort, market conditions, and external factors.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

18. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to this, we are not liable for:

Loss of profit, revenue, or business.
Loss or corruption of data.
Indirect or consequential loss.

Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of £500 or three times the amount you paid in the month before the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not affect your statutory rights.

19. Indemnity for third-party claims

You agree to indemnify us for losses, costs, or claims brought against us by third parties arising from your unlawful content, misuse of the service, or breach of these terms.

This does not apply where we have caused the loss.

20. Disputes, governing law, and jurisdiction

These terms and any non-contractual obligations are governed by the laws ofEngland and Wales.

If a dispute arises, contact support@thewealthportal.com first and we'll try to resolve it.

If unresolved, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may agree to confidential arbitration with you, but only if both sides consent in writing after the dispute arises.

21. Force majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, power failures, or internet outages.

22. Assignment

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another entity.

You must not transfer yours without our written consent.

23. Notices

24. Severance and no waiver

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in force.

Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

25. Entire agreement

These Terms and any referenced policies (including the Privacy Policy) form the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior understandings.
