Hi Mark, I really enjoy your investing videos, especially your content on gold, crypto, stocks and index funds. They’re very insightful and easy to follow. I noticed you haven’t covered much about real estate investing, and I’d love to see your take on that topic. Is that something you might consider for a future video? Thanks for the great content!
10 days agoHey, thanks so much for the question. I'll have some videos on real estate soon. I own multiple commercial and residential properties and think property is a very important asset for people to consider. So I'll absolutely have some on the way soon! Thanks for the feedback 😎 MT
Good Morning Mark! This isn't much of a question per se, but it's worth sharing. "As of 3/3/2026 Mark Tilbury's Making Money Ongoing Series 296 minutes Mark Tilbury's Investing Money Ongoing Series 343 minutes Mark Tilbury's Getting Ahead Ongoing Series 139 minutes ---- Tom Nattrass's Video Editing Pathway 279 minutes Suhit' Amin's Deal Driver Pathway 372 minutes Jimmy Barlow's Ecom Empire/Dropshipping Pathway 230 minutes Kye Towers' Flipping Fortune/Ebay Commerce Pathway 194 minutes Noah Brierly Reels to Riches Pathway 264 minutes " These are some notes that I took and manually crunched the numbers. I did this to figure out just exactly how much time it will take vs. how much time I'm thinking about it. I think this would be a great feature to have in the wealth portal, if that makes sense. Also, if The Wealth Portal could be an app or on Roku, that'd help a lot. That way, I can watch you instead of random TV stuff. Thanks for your support!.
11 days agoHey, thanks for much for the feedback / suggestions! I'll be sure to discuss this with the team and see what we can do! Thanks for being apart of The Wealth Portal and helping shape this amazing community 😎 MT
Hey Mark, It's Emmett again. I was wondering if I need to Trademark both brand ideas "ETT" & "Emmett's Tech Terminal" so my buisness logo and name don't get stolen; what can you tell me?
15 days agoHey Emmett, thanks for the question. Yes, I would absolutely go ahead and file the trademarks as It's very important to protect your brand, especially if it's something you're actively doing. I even trademark ideas long before I start them, just to make sure no one can take it. So my verdict is get it done, and let me know once It's done :) Hope this helps! MT
Hey Mark, I'm Kornel. I messaged you recently – thank you again for your reply, I really appreciate it. I’m 15 years old and I’m planning to start a long-term ecom business. I already found a product with strong potential and I started building the website. However, I recently realized that in Slovakia I can’t legally operate a business under my own name until I’m 18. I considered using my brother’s details, but that doesn’t seem like a fully legal solution long-term. He’s also a student, so opening a self-employed business isn't possible for him either. I’m highly motivated and serious about building something real, not just a short-term project. My goal is to achieve financial independence at a young age, and I’m ready to put in the work. In your opinion, what would be the smartest move in my situation? Should I wait, look for a legal guardian solution, or focus on building skills and audience until I turn 18? I would really value your advice.
29 days agoHey Korney, appreciate the message and the level you’re thinking at already. It’s amazing to see at the age of just 15! The main thing here is the legal side. If you can’t legally run the business in your own name yet, I wouldn’t try to force it through someone else’s details. That kind of thing usually creates more probably than it solves, especially long term. If I were you, I’d treat the next couple of years as a massive advantage instead of a limitation. You’re in a position where you can: • Learn ecom properly without pressure • Test products and build stores (even if they’re not “official”) • Learn ads, creatives, and what actually sells • Build an audience or personal brand alongside it If you do things like this, by the time you’re 18 you won’t be starting from scratch, you’ll already know what works and be ready to move 10x faster than everyone else. If a solid legal option comes up through a parent/guardian who understands it and is properly involved, that can work of course, but I wouldn’t rush into anything just to “start sooner.” Hope this helps 😎 MT
Hi Mark, I would really appreciate your view on my question. So based on your videos about investing, I created my Trading212 account and made a few pies as well as deposited money. But besides that, the app also offers the opportunity to get interest on uninvested cash and shares. Of course, it says these come with certain risks, however, would you recommend these features to earn some extra money besides the investments, or should I stay away, because these are just unwanted risks? What is your opinion? Is it safe and worth enabling?
29 days agoHey, thanks for the question. I'm glad you found my previous answer helpful. Earning interest on uninvested cash isn't inherently a bad or risky thing. It's essentially just Trading 212 acting like a bank. You deposit the money into your account like you would a normal bank, and as long as you don't invest it, you earn a set interest rate. Because Trading 212 are regulated and insured, you're protected up to £85,000 per person if the firm fails, and with uninvested cash in Invest accounts is further protected up to £120,000. So long story short, if you'd like to leave money in T212 and earn interest, you can absolutely do that. It's just as safe / risky as leaving it in the bank, and it's all insured and protected exactly the same way. Hope this helps 🙏 😎 MT
Hi Mark, Im 15 years old from Slovakia and I really want to start a side hustle. Right now I have time daily. Im not sure about what side hustle fits me and thats what Im asking you to help with. My 2026 goal is to earn 10k profit and my main goal is to buy my dad a mustang. When I will figure out what to start I will not give up, I never gave up on anything where I saw progress. I started watching the dropshipping pathway, but Im stuck at finding a good, solid product. Also sadly I dont really have money for a product finding site. I watched the video editor pathway too, but it doesnt really suits me. Im asking you for advice, what do you think I should try? Thanks for your time, have a good day!
29 days agoHey Kornel, thanks for the question. Wow, I really like your attitude and approach to success. Well done! As you're just starting out and have little to no money, I think that the best way forward for you would be some kind of 'serviced based business' as typically, it's low startup cost and high profit margins, which would be perfect for you! The video editing pathways is a great option, but as you already said it's not for you I would reach out to The Wealth Portal's service based coach. His name Is Tom Nattrass and you can find him in the service based chat, or ask him a question like this one in the service question box. I wish I could be more helpful here, but without knowing what you're interested in and more naturally good at, I'd just be guessing what would be a good path for you and of course, I don't want to do that. 🙏 MT
